Design isn't just my profession, it's my way of life. I thrive on solving design problems creatively, approaching each project as an opportunity to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. I study design everywhere, always envisioning better, more thoughtful ways to execute, and I love sharing my insights on design, architecture, and landscape.
Before co-founding the award-winning firm of Gauthier Stacy Inc. in 1997, Jim honed his skills at the notable Boston firms Bierly-Drake Associates and The Cooper Group. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has been a member of the American Society of Interior Designers since 1995.
